04 Jun Choirs sing out for Heidi’s Heroes

Inspiring voices from Gloucestershire Police Male Voice Choir and Winchcombe Community Choir will be singing out next week in support of Heidi’s Heroes.

The special fundraising concert will take place on Friday 13th June, at 7.30 pm at Christ Church, Malvern Road, Cheltenham, The evening will be a real family affair as Paul’s father Ken Wood, a member of the Police Male Voice Choir since 1997, will be singing on the night, while Paul’s mother Janet, is organising refreshments and running a raffle.

The evening will feature popular and traditional songs including hits from musicals such as The Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserables. It will also include African, sacred and other stirring rendtions.

Tickets are on sale now, £8 in advance or £9 on the door and are available from: Eden of Bishop’s Cleeve, Rapport interiors, Winchcombe, Christ Church parish office, St Paul’s Medical Centre, Swindon Road, from both choirs or by contacting Paul, or his mum Janet Wood on 01242 680948.
