28 Sep Footballing brothers to tackle Stroud Half Marathon

Two Gloucestershire brothers are set to become our latest Heidi’s Heroes – by running the Stroud Half Marathon for us in October.
Kyle and Lewis Adams, both talented footballers, will take on the 13 mile challenge on Sunday 21st October.
The pair are following in the footsteps of their step-mum Nicola, who with our founder Paul Wood, his daughter Millie and a group of friends, ran the Stroud Half Marathon five years ago to launch Heidi’s Heroes.
Now, Kyle, 19 and Lewis, 18, will run the same challenging course and are appealing for sponsorship.
Their Dad Gareth, said: “They are both quite fit, but this will be their first half marathon. They’ve no idea how much they will raise, but are using social media to drum up support from friends and footballing mates.”
Kyle, who works for his father’s firm Adams Installations, plays football in Cheltenham Men’s Division 1, while Lewis, a Hartpury student studying football, is a goalkeeper with Slimbridge, a semi-professional team that play in the Evostick Southern League.
You can support the brothers at Virgin Money Giving, Kyle and Lewis Adams.
